With each collision they had made, both Jackavle and his clone accumulated injuries due to the cuts of the kunai. Weasel was the first to make a different move, “Fire Release: Great Fire Ball Technique!”
A blast of flame came towards the oncoming ANBU captain. His movements were too fast to react to the fire ball. In the end, the fire ball went right through his body. And fell hard onto the ground. “Argh, damn it! Didn’t have time to react to that,” was what Jackavle said when he got up on his feet once more.
He then thought, “Hmm, he’s too powerful. Schemer I should say. No doubt he sealed the Fourth Shinikage’s chakra into him, the thoughts that ran through his mind is near unpredictable. I shall end this quick before he ends me.”
He then did three hand seal, trying to cast a lightning technique that has a thrust so strong that Earth itself may break apart – The Raikiri. Jackavle put out his left arm after the hand seals, and anyone around would see lightning started to strike the atmosphere around his palm. And he then focused his sight on his clone, ready to charge.
On the other hand, Weasel saw what he did, and was readily reacting with a wind technique – Wind Release: Wind Shuriken Technique. As wind techniques have a great advantage against lightning technique. As he had his wind technique focused on his right palm, ready to counter-strike the Raikiri, he saw Jackavle charging at him already. Eventually Weasel thought with an evil smile on the face, “Hah, how idiotic this can be!”
As Jackavle charges, he thought, “he will counter my raikiri, but it’s only a decoy, I still am one of the duos who killed the Shinikage the Third. My paralysis technique will stop him and I’ll kill Itachi and run for now. Poor preparation I had, I should say.”
When both of them are no less than a metre apart, Jackavle swung his left arm, trying to hit Weasel. But as predicted, the wind shuriken blocked it and in fact, disabled Jackavle’s left arm. But Jackavle was not going to be the prey just yet, he casted Paralysis Technique and because Weasel was at a certain height above ground, not only the sudden paralyze hurt, but a latter kick that Jackavle exerted on him caused a severe injury as he crash into the soil on the ground, having still paralyzed.
Jackavle then used Raikiri again to charge at Itachi, and on sight, Itachi unpinned the ANBU and tried to dodge the Raikiri. But, he was slower as a zombie than a human he used to be, and the Raikiri landed on his chest real hard and his clay-made body crashed into clay dust. Jackavle then said, “Hmm, clay clone soul summoning technique, yet another forbidden jutsu that only an Akatsuki member would have used. Come on, you still can move right? Let’s head back before Weasel break my paralysis technique.”
“Yes Captain,” replied the ANBU while getting on his feet again.
